On behalf of Beaulieu Enterprises, The National Motor Museum Trust, The Caravan And Motorhome Club Collection and NotAnotherWhiteBox, thank you for committing to bringing your classic Sprite caravan to this amazing one-off event in 2025. Your application has been successful, and we request that you please complete the booking form further down this page. After doing so, please contact the Beaulieu Events Team (phone number provided below the booking form) to process your payment.
Terms and conditions:
The cost for the event is £50 per caravan, this includes access to the Autojumble, access to the Beaulieu National Motor Museum and Saturday evening entertainment. Also included are toilets, showers and an Elsan point, but please note that there are NO MAINS ELECTRIC HOOK UPS. There will be security on site and first aiders 24 hours per day for the duration of the event. Catering units are open daily and in the evenings.
Caravans must be in place on the event field by 9pm on Friday 16th May 2025. Caravans must be presented in a clean and tidy condition for the public to view them between 8:30am and 5pm on Saturday 17th May 2025 and 8:30am and 4:30pm on Sunday 18th May 2025. Please note that there is no camping permitted on Sunday night. The Autojumble is not open to the public on Friday 16th May, though those displaying their caravan will still have access to the Autojumble areas where the facilities are. There will be stewards and on-site security throughout the weekend. Please note that security is not specific to the Sprite display, and responsibility lies with you to ensure that your caravan is secure, especially if you leave it unattended at any point.
The event is open to Classic Sprite Caravans pre-1994, ie Sprite caravans that were built at the original Newmarket factory. Caravans will be on display to the public all weekend. We will ask that modern towcars will be parked in a separate parking area during show hours, but age appropriate cars may remain as part of the display. Owners should have valid insurance cover on both their caravan and car.
Once your booking form has been completed and submitted, please use the phone number below to contact the Beaulieu Events Team to process your £50 booking fee. Wristbands and display passes (for both your caravan and towing vehicle) will be posted out by the Beaulieu Events Team. The Classic Sprite Caravans display area will be within the main Beaulieu attraction complex, which is closed to the public at 5pm. Only Classic Sprite Caravans rally participants with a valid wristband will be granted access to this area outside of these hours. Please do not explore the Beaulieu attraction area after closing hours.
By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you agree that NotAnotherWhiteBox may pass on your details to the Beaulieu Enterprises and National Motor Museum Trust teams, but these details will NOT be used for general marketing purposes.
